Always start with the free trial as you can put in as many totes as you like. After the 14 days the system will alert you as to what subscription you would need to upgrade to. For less than five (5) Totes you will not be billed nor will you be asked for a credit card.
If you have more than 5 totes the system will show you the other plans you could upgrade to for the number of Totes you currently have in the system.
You can cancel your subscription at anytime! No need to call or contact anyone, on your billing page, scroll to the bottom and select Cancel Account. Your data will be saved for 30 days before it is 100% deleted from our systems. There is no pro-rated refund on cancellation.
Based on your requested subscription plan you will be billed monthly or annually and billing will continue unless cancelled.
